How fast can you ship my chart?  In stock items ship within 1-2 business days, even personalized items.  If you need it fast, please call us (603) 978-9686 and we will get it out ASAP.  We aim to please.

What is the best pen to use?  The best pen to use is a Sharpie Ultra Fine Point - they come in black, brown, red, blue, etc.  Some people use one color for one child and a different color for other children. There are two schools of thought when it comes to choosing on which days to measure. Some choose to measure on the important days throughout the year - birthdays, first day of school, Christmas, etc.  And some choose to mark randomly, or after their child has gone through a growth spurt and shot up one inch in three weeks as foretold by increased food consumption. (You just ate a full dinner and now you want another?!)

How are they made?  All of our growth charts are printed on the highest grade of CARB compliant Baltic birch plywood. Birch is a highly renewable resource! The inks used in the printing are low/no-voc inks, called UV curable inks, which are solvent free. These colors will stand the test of time as they are printed directly onto the wood, and will not fade. We do not use toxic polyurethanes as they can "off gas" in your home for up to five years. 

How are they personalized? Drum roll please.... as of March 10, 2017 we are officially moved into our new building and print on demand. *This means that we will print your personalization when we print your chart.  Same amazing 1-2 day turn around time! Please see return policy regarding Personalizations. *Skis, Snowboards and Surfboards will still be done with vinyl until we are completely set up. There is a $10 fee for charts that are returned personalized with vinyl.

How can I have my chart personalized?  You can choose whether you want to personalize your chart directly from the listing page. Select the Personalization Option, select the Font Choice and add the information in our Personalization Text field. If you have any questions regarding personalizations, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by phone or email.     



Do you ship internationally?  Yes, our website is set up to process shipping at a flat rate to Canada, Europe and Australia. Begin the check out process and when you get to the shipping section, select the only option and the cost will appear. 

Are returns easy? Yes! We want you to be happy with your purchase. And, to that end, we offer a Happiness Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will pay to have it shipped back to us, within the continental US! Please notify us within 15 days of receipt. The item does need to be returned in good condition so packaging it properly is important. When returning, please notify Hillary at hillarygca@gmail.com and she will send you a prepaid shipping label. (This is for items ordered before March 10, 2017.  *For all charts ordered personalized beyond this date, we do not offer refunds.) **Skis, Snowboards and Surfboards will still be done with vinyl until we are completely set up. Custom Orders: We will entertain any custom request within reason.  If it's an easy request to accommodate, we're happy to oblige.  If it's too far off our reservation, we will decline.
