Our guarantee is simple.  If you are not happy, we are not happy.  

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund your money PLUS your shipping costs.  Product must be returned to us within the 30 days to qualify for a refund.

Life Time Guarantee 

Our growth charts are designed to withstand the tests of time.  If your chart should fail to do so* return it to us and we will transfer your child's height marks onto another height chart of your choosing.  

To return an item:

   1. Include a copy of your purchase invoice.

*Failure of product defined: 1) growth chart wood delaminates 2) poly coating is compromised or 3) color/ink fades more than 20% from original.
