Shipping & Handling
In stock product ships within 2-3 business of receiving your order by either UPS ground or USPS Priority. Personalized items can take up to seven business days to ship. If you need it faster, please call 603-978-9686 for availability and an expedited shipping quote. 

Due to recent exposure on The Today Show, temporarily, orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. 

International Orders
International orders must be placed by calling 603-978-9686. Please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders from Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time.

Returns and Exchanges
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. To return or exchange your purchase, please email us at info@growthchartart.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. When shipping, place the merchandise in the original package, or similar packaging, and ship it to the address below via an insured shipping method UPS, USPS or FedEx.

If we shipped an incorrect item we will refund your postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you.

If you are making an exchange we will ship your new merchandise out within 48 hrs of processing your return. Shipping charges will apply.

If you are making a return, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded. If you are making a return, please ensure that the product is packaged well.

We will not be able process an exchange or a refund for merchandise that was either damaged due to improper packaging or damaged prior to returning.
